The 32 mm rose gold case and gemset bezel of Patek Philippe's ladies' Nautilus quartz model have been reimagined in a new, refined version. The dial boasts a wave pattern and is adorned with a sophisticated purple lacquered hue, which is also seen on the ultra-resistant composite strap and rose gold Nautilus fold-over clasp. The small iconic porthole-shaped case features a striking combination of polished and satin finishes, while the octagonal bezel sparkles with 46 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.8 ct).
